It was originally available via email from the County of Santa Barbara Planning and Development Department. The following metadata was provided by the data creators: Miscellaneous overlays mostly from Comp and Coastal Plan maps, but also taken from Community Plan Maps; includes the Single Family Restricted overlay from the Goleta Community Plan Zoning Overlay map as well.
